About us

GWN Practice Consulting was founded to bring operational rigor and strategic clarity to mental health clinicians building independent practices. We believe private practices should be more than side projects or reactive growth stories — they should be thoughtfully designed organizations with strong foundations and long-term sustainability.

Our work goes beyond general business advice. We approach practice development as organizational design: aligning legal structure, financial modeling, clinical operations, credentialing strategy, and hiring systems into one cohesive plan. Every recommendation is grounded in sequencing, execution, and measurable progress.

From initial formation to multi-provider expansion, we help clinicians build practices that are compliant, financially sound, and operationally prepared for growth — not just open, but structurally solid.

Our founder

GWN Practice Consulting is led by Nnenna Ibe, a healthcare operator whose career spans mental health innovation, clinical operations, and strategic growth leadership.

Nnenna has served in executive and fractional leadership roles within behavioral health organizations, guiding practices through restructuring, expansion, EMR transitions, revenue optimization, and infrastructure buildout. Her perspective is shaped not only by advising clinicians — but by actively building alongside them.

What differentiates her work is an operator’s mindset. Decisions are made with an eye toward scalability, sustainability, and long-term viability — ensuring that growth today does not create instability tomorrow.

Our philosophy

Clinicians should not have to choose between meaningful care and strong business fundamentals. With the right structure, both are possible.

Whether you are launching your first solo practice or preparing for thoughtful expansion, we provide the strategic oversight and disciplined execution that turn vision into a sustainable organization.
