About Us

Whether you're preparing to leave group practice for the first time or ready to grow beyond a solo setup, figuring out the business side shouldn't fall entirely on your shoulders. That's exactly why GWN Practice Consulting exists.

We work with mental health clinicians who are serious about building private practices that are structured, sustainable, and set up for long-term success — not just open, but operationally sound. Our approach goes beyond general business advice. We treat practice development as organizational design, bringing together legal structure, financial modeling, clinical operations, credentialing strategy, and hiring systems into one cohesive plan tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

If you're looking for a consulting partner who will meet you with both warmth and rigor — someone who takes your vision seriously and helps you execute it step by step — you're in the right place.

Our Founder

GWN Practice Consulting is led by Nnenna Ibe, a healthcare operator whose career spans mental health innovation, clinical operations, and strategic growth leadership.

Nnenna has held executive and fractional leadership roles within behavioral health organizations, guiding practices through expansion, restructuring, credentialing, revenue optimization, and infrastructure buildout. Her perspective isn't just advisory — it's been shaped by actively building alongside clinicians through the real, unglamorous work of organizational growth.

What makes her approach different is an operator's mindset. Every recommendation is grounded in sequencing, execution, and measurable progress — with a constant eye toward long-term viability. Growth that creates instability isn't growth worth pursuing, and that belief guides every engagement.

If you're looking for someone who has sat inside these systems, understands the stakes, and will treat your practice like the real business it is — Nnenna brings that experience directly to your work.

Our Philosophy

We believe clinicians should never have to choose between delivering meaningful care and running a strong business. With the right structure, both are not only possible — they reinforce each other.

Too many talented therapists stay stuck in uncomfortable work arrangements, delay launching, or scale too fast without the right foundation — not because they lack the drive, but because the business side of private practice wasn't part of their training. That gap is exactly what we're here to close.

Our mission is to give mental health clinicians access to the same level of strategic thinking and operational support that well-resourced organizations take for granted — and to make sure that support is specific, actionable, and built around your practice, not a generic template.
